Privacy

We run a small service. Here is exactly what we hold and where it lives.

What we store

• Your payment record lives in Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. We keep your email, a Stripe customer id and the status of your subscription in our database.
• Your voice profile (business name, trade, city, what makes you different, things you say, things you never say, tone) and your workspace settings (timezone, region) live in our database (Postgres on Neon).
• Your plans, posts, ideas and streak live in our database so the app can show them to you every morning. Rewrites keep earlier versions.
• Usage and audit records: which actions you took and how many model tokens each workspace used per day, so we can keep costs sane and answer support questions.

Who sees your data

• Anthropic receives your voice profile, angles and ideas to plan and write posts. It is sent through their API, not used to train their models under their API terms.
• Stripe handles payment and holds your customer record.
• Resend delivers sign-in links, receipts, the daily nudge and the monthly plan email.
• Vercel hosts the app and sees standard request logs (IP address, user agent) and anonymous page-view analytics.
• Upstash holds short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by workspace or IP address.
• Sentry receives error reports, which can include a request id and workspace id.

We don't sell data, run ad pixels, or share your email with anyone else.

Cookies

Two cookies: df_session keeps you signed in for 30 days (HttpOnly, signed) and df_ws remembers which workspace you had open. A theme preference lives in your browser's local storage.

Deleting your data

Reply to any email we sent you and ask. We delete your user row and everything attached to it (workspaces, voice, plans, posts, ideas) and the Stripe customer record within 7 days. Payment records Stripe is legally required to keep stay with Stripe.
