Terms of service

Dirt Famous is run by Codi Davis, owner of Above & Beyond Paving, San Antonio, Texas. Short version: you pay, you get a coach that plans and writes, you own the posts, don't abuse the service.

What you're buying

• Free: one 30-day plan and three written posts per workspace, so you can hear your own voice before paying.
• One month ($29, one time): 30 days of the coach from the day you pay: plans, written posts and rewrites, the idea bank and the streak.
• Every month ($49/mo): everything above while the subscription is active, plus the daily email with today's angle and draft and a fresh plan generated for each month. Billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
• Crew ($99/mo): Every month, for up to three workspaces with their own voices.

Your content

Everything the coach writes for you is yours. Post it, edit it, print it on a truck. We don't claim any rights to it and we don't reuse it for other customers.

The angles and captions are produced by an AI model from the voice profile and ideas you type in. Read them before you post them. If a caption makes a claim about your work, your prices, or your licensing, you are responsible for it being true.

Refunds and cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the Manage billing link in the app; you keep access through the end of the paid period and are not charged again. One-time purchases are refundable within 7 days if you have not written more than three posts. Reply to your receipt email to ask.

Fair use

Generation is rate-limited per workspace. Don't script the app, resell output as a service, or use one workspace for several businesses; the Crew plan exists for that. We can suspend accounts that do.

Availability

The service depends on third parties (Anthropic, Stripe, Resend, Vercel). If one of them is down, we are too. We don't promise uptime; we do promise to refund a month that didn't work.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
